Natural Squid Rings

Arrow squid is a sleek, fast-moving mollusc found in the waters around New Zealand throughout the year. Unlike fish, squid have no internal bones, giving them their smooth texture and distinctive body shape. Arrow squid are known for their subtle, non-fishy flavour and naturally dense flesh that becomes tender and slightly sweet when cooked properly.

They only need light, quick cooking – just a flash in the pan or on the grill, to stay soft and delicate.
